I just found this about a month ago and I love it. youtube.com/ watch?v= BjrVUOD4SfI The P90 Ab Ripper 200. When I started I would do like 60 and get horrible cramps, but now I try to do the whole routine 2-3x a day. Mix that with reverse crunches and a healthy diet. |
