Question: Whats the method to shingeling a newly built storage shed roof?

Its a 12 x 12 shed with 1/ 2 in plywood roof panels. I never did a roof before. What will I need, and how is it done? Bottom to top?, top downward? Also theres a slight gap at the roof peak where the plywood panels meet. Any help appreciated.

Well, first you need to install a roofing underlayment. like 15lb roof felt. then you'll need to install drip edge or the eave metal, this goes around the entire perimeter. Then you can install the shingles... the wrappers have the installation directions on them. You will need approx. 5 bundles of shingles, and a bundle of ridge cap for the top peek. I would guess that the gap at the peek of the roof is for a roof vent or ridge ventilation.
